Reaching the World with Christ
At MAYCAP Ministries, we were born from a profound calling to serve the most vulnerable. What began as a humble outreach in Buikwe, Uganda, has grown into a expanding mission of restoration and hope — all fueled by the transformative power of Christ’s love.
Our Journey Began in Uganda
Our ministry journey began in Lweru village in Buikwe District, Uganda, where we first felt God’s calling to serve vulnerable children, strengthen families, and uplift entire communities. Over the past several years, God has allowed us to witness incredible progress — including improved living conditions, growing schools, safer orphanage environments, and thriving community outreach projects.
Buike has become our flagship location, not only because it was our starting point, but because it represents the heart of our mission: to create sustainable, Christ-centered models of care that transform communities from the inside out.
As MAYCAP Ministries expands into new regions and new nations, Buikwe serves as our blueprint. The systems, relationships, and programs that have brought success in Uganda now guide us as we step into Zambia and other places where the need is great.
Buikwe will always be our foundation — but it is not our final destination. With God leading us, we continue to grow, reach farther, and bring hope to communities across Africa.

Our Growing Mission: Expanding into Zambia
In October 2025, our team traveled throughout Zambia—visiting communities from the north to the south, and the east to the west. What we witnessed in these villages deeply impacted us. Many families and children are facing extreme poverty, limited access to education, and a lack of essential resources.
Through prayer, discernment, and firsthand experience, we felt a clear calling: MAYCAP Ministries will be expanding into Zambia to help where the need is great.
As we build relationships with local leaders, schools, orphanages, and clinics, our mission remains the same—to bring practical help and the hope of Christ to underserved communities. This expansion reflects our commitment to reach beyond borders, stepping into new areas where our presence can make a lasting difference.
Zambia now becomes an important part of our story, our vision, and our future impact as we continue reaching the world for Christ—one community at a time.
